MBT Update
As we come upon October 15, it is imperative that any firm who qualifies for MBT (greater that gross of $350,000) gets us a financial statement or the means to prepare it so that the MBT can be estimated with current data. Also, watch the news as just about everyone is involved in the current "bailout" package as it also contains the AMT relief provisions which affect about 70% of all taxpayers.
SBT is gone
Small Business Tax is no longer in effect after December 31, 2007. Likewise, sales tax on services will also not be in effect.
